Terms & Conditions

By booking a cab with Kalyan Tour & Travels you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed once our team calls or messages you with driver details.
• Please provide an accurate pickup address and a reachable phone number.
• The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the selected car.

Fares

• The fare shown at booking includes the car and driver charges for the selected route.
• Toll, parking, state permit and entry taxes are charged at actuals unless stated otherwise.
• Round-trip fares cover the first day; each additional day is charged at the car's per-day rate.
• Changes to the route, extra stops or extra kilometres may be charged additionally.

Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a cancellation charge.
• If the driver waits more than 30 minutes without contact, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Conduct & liability

• Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are not permitted in the vehicle.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or events beyond our control.
